Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1000.
- A flat shipping fee applies to smaller orders and is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share a tracking link by email/SMS. You can also track it from the Track Order page on our website.
Delays, Damage or Loss
If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated time, or arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
